Squeezing system functions

For extrusion filling of active substances into tubular grids.

The high-speed pressure squeezes and injects the lead slurry with low apparent density into the inside of the discharge pipe through the squeezing tool.

Through rapid squeezing pressure, the moisture of the lead slurry poured into the inside of the row pipe is squeezed out from the gaps in the row pipe, thereby increasing the apparent density of the active material in the row pipe and meeting the active material filling amount and density requirements.

The squeezing pressure is continuously adjustable and the grid has good consistency.

High-pressure squeezing, compatible with long and short grids, has strong adaptability.

The production efficiency is high, the cost is low, and the manual operation is simple.

Squeezing leachate and waste pulp are recycled and reused through sedimentation.

The pulping host adopts a dual-station design, and the number of hosts can be flexibly increased according to production needs.

The plate after extrusion does not need to be pickled, and directly enters the curing and drying process after rinsing.
